Car to Car Service

At Birchen Grove Garden Centre we know that some purchases, such as compost, aggregates and larger items, can be difficult to lift or move to your vehicle. To make your visit easier, we offer a free Carry to Car Service where our staff can help transport and load your items safely.

If you would like help carrying your purchases, simply speak to a member of staff at the point of purchase or approach any member of our shop floor team. They will arrange assistance for you as soon as possible.

This service is available whenever staff are present to help. During busy periods there may be a short wait, and we kindly ask for your patience. Staff may refuse to load an item if they believe it is unsafe or if there is a risk of damaging your vehicle, as safety remains the priority.

Birchen Grove Garden Centre operates a zero tolerance approach to any form of abuse towards staff. We expect all visitors to treat our team with respect at all times.

If your purchase is too large to fit into your vehicle, our team may suggest using our Home Delivery Service for an additional fee. This can be a convenient option for bulky or heavy items. For more information on delivery, please speak to a member of staff.
